As our work has evolved, several important opportunities are now available to the individuals, families, and trustees we support:

• Improved Care Planning Systems – when supplementing Medicaid-funded services with private-pay or trust-funded supports, plans are better coordinated, easier to manage, and compliant with shifting regulations.
• Increased Use of Assistive Technology – tools that promote independence and make it easier for families, service providers, and Adirondack staff to provide remote support when they cannot be there in person.
• Life Enhancement Services– our expanded approach to promote meaningful engagement in employment, volunteering, and community activities, helping people improve quality of life, learn new skills, and build stronger community connections and natural supports.

• Expanded Partnerships – facilitating deeper collaboration with families, trusted private staffing agencies, nonprofit service providers, professional services, and other organizations that support individuals with disabilities and the trustees and fiduciaries who work on their behalf.
